Who is gather?
Gather is a cafe by the best of friends, with a love for hospitality. An expression of freedom, a place of culture and a mecca for clean eating.
We exist to create a healthy experience for our customers where they feel like guests and not transactions.
We work to create a community that values relationships as the foundation of business.
We will maintain a relational, regional and local approach to our cafe and ensure our guests and our team feel healthy, happy and valued.

Eggs - Boorowa - Organic egg’s from Hilltop Free range Eggs farm where chickens have more room to live than any other chicken in the industry
Vegetables and Fruit - Fyshwick - Wiffens supply us with seasonal vegetables from the ACT and greater Goulburn region
Milk - Picton - Our milk is provided by Country valley a multi-award winning milk made from Southern Highlands and Goulburn Valley cows
Coffee - House blend - Our friend Nick (Barista legend and Coffee Guru) has created a blend of Ethiopian, Brazilian and Colombian beans, roasted by our friends in braddon
Nuts and Dried Fruits - Fyshwick - Our nuts, seeds and dried fruits are selected and delivered by the Nut shoppe, Canberra’s authority on edible pyrene’s (nuts)
Bread - Fyshwick & Braddon - Our bread is sourced from two of Canberra’s best bakeries. Three Mills lend us their ancient grain sour dough, while Sonoma provide a truly unique smokey caramelized Miche
Micro herbs - Ainslie - Our micro herbs are sourced from a quarter acre block less than two kilometers from our venue from our friend Fiona at Ainslie Urban Farm
Fish - Snowy Mountains - Our trout is from the fresh waters of the snowy mountains and smoked in house over green tea leaves
Fungi - Murrumbateman - Our mushrooms are sourced from Gooda Creek just outside Canberra, an exotic blend that changes with the seasons
Kombucha, Kefir, Juice - Braddon - All our drinks are made in house by Jose a chemical engineer who left Spain and turned his eye to beverages in Australia alongside Will our proprietor, with a focus on developing a menu that promotes inner health
